PANCETTA SPREAD

Pancetta spread is made from Istrian pancetta with added fresh garlic and parsley. In the past, it was an irreplaceable addition to the Istrian maneštra soup or eaten as a nutritious meal spread on bread. Today it is still used in the same way and recipes – for pure gastronomic pleasure.

INGREDIENTS:
Istrian pancetta (50% pork bacon, table salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate and citric acid, preservative: sodium nitrite), solid pork fatty tissue, table salt, spices, smoke flavouring.
Store at a temperature from 0°C to +12°C
